Honda Livo has been spotted testing on-road this time and we have exclusive spy shots and confirmation of the name in the pictures below. Honda as we know is on the aggressive path to revive its motorcycle portfolio and strike back at motorcycle king, Bajaj.

On the face of it and as we said in our last posts which our sources said that it would have Honda Unicorn 160 styling and surely has with the striking and protruding bikini fairing on the tank and sharp yet headlight cowl. The headlight still looks very much like the Twister from the side.
The design and mechanical’s as we make out of from the pictures is similar to Dream series of motorcycles. The seat and the sub-frame are now borrowed from the same platform. The side panels and the rear tail-piece are all brand new and they hide the HET badges and Livo name on them respectively. The exhaust is clearly a smaller version of the Unicorn 160.
The rest of parts are in Honda Livo are taken from Dream series parts bin such as the new slightly modified rear tail-light, the red shocks and front mudguard along with turn indicators. Switchgear and handlebar remain the same like any other Honda motorcycle.
The cluster is the highlight of these pictures as it clearly reveals the name of the motorcycle and pods are identical to the RVM’s used on the motorcycle. The test mule has also clocked over 30,000 kms.
It’s not a genuinely upright seating positioned motorcycle but it’s almost there to give a wee bit of sporty stance like the old Twister while being comfortable thanks to front-set footpegs. Honda is all set to launch an motorcycle offensive with a this model, refreshed Aviator and a motorcycle which will have the start-stop technology.
