4Ford Endeavour Facelift
Ford has seen pretty good success with the new Endeavour in India. Within weeks after launch, the car managed to fetch an impressive sales result despite tough competition from Toyota Fortuner. The stylish masculine design, premium features inside the cabin along with range of advanced technologies and powerful engine has helped the SUV to become appealing to the buyers in the segment. Now, Ford is working on a facelift version of this car that is expected to launch in India sometime next year.
Test mule of the Ford Endeavour facelift has been spied testing in Australia couple of months back and the car appeared identical to the current model. Therefore, we can expect the facelifted model will receive minor design tweaks and interior updates as well. Speaking about its design, the Ford Endeavour facelift would come with a redesigned F150 inspired wider front grille. The headlamps too could arrive with an updated look and there will be a revised bumper as well.

At the side profile, Ford Endeavour facelift will come with new design alloy wheels. But the basic silhouette would remain same as the current model. Apart from the new design wheels, no other change is unlikely at the side profile. There would be turn indicator integrated ORVMs and blackened glass area. Moving to the rear profile of the SUV, it gets wraparound redesigned taillights and a chunky bumper. Overall, the refreshed car would come more stylish and appealing with minor design updates at exterior.
Inside the cabin, Ford Endeavour facelift is expected to receive minor tweak and new features would be there. It could get an updated touchscreen infotainment system and updated instrument cluster with analog and digital combo display. Apart from that, the multifunction steering wheel, layered looking dashboard, sunroof, upmarket quality seat and upholstery materials along with loads of safety features will be there as well. It is likely to receive Autonomous Emergency Braking system.

On the powertrain front, Ford Endeavour facelift would continue with the same engine options as the current model. The SUV gets a 2.2-litre TDCi diesel motor and a 3.2-litre oil burner. Expect the engines to churn out same power and torque output and transmission options too will remain same. However, we can expect the engines to return better mileage. The facelifted model would be priced bit premium over the present model.
