This record comes as a part of the company’s feat of achieving 7.5 crore cumulative unit sales a few days back
The world’s largest two wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has recorded an impressive 10 lakh unit sales this festive season. The manufacturer has announced this feat with three weeks already remaining for the ongoing festivities.
Regarding the 1 million sales mark, a senior executive at Hero MotoCorp said that the customer response has been so massive that the company has already hit the 1 million sales mark. With this, the company has also recorded double digit growth over the last year.

The top honcho further went on to say that Hero MotoCorp has been able to achieve this mark due to product and region specific strategy. This was integrated with the customer activation initiatives for the coming FIFA U-17 world cup.
Hero MotoCorp also revealed that under the strategy, it has rolled out some innovative customer engagement programmes and communication initiatives. Through this, the company has reached out to its targeted customer groups via print, digital and social media platforms. Besides this, Hero MotoCorp has just recorded 7.5 crore cumulative unit sales right since its inception.

Hero MotoCorp continues to be on the top of the India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturers. The company is currently offering discounts of upto Rs 4500 on its scooter range in the festive season that contributed a lot in the robust sales. For now, there has been no news on the company giving discount on its motorcycles.
On the contrary, the company has hiked the prices of its 150cc commuter Achiever in the Indian two-wheeler market by Rs. 3000. The reason behind this increase in price is unknown. It is believed that Hero MotoCorp has been receiving a good response for the Achiever and hence, it decided to increase the prices in order to collect more cash.
