Ducati Diavel Carbon Euro IV Launched In India At Rs. 19.73 Lakh

Ducati Diavel Carbon gets exclusive Marchesini wheels and special livery; receives Zircotec coated pipes

Ducati has launched the Euro IV emission compliant Diavel Carbon in India at a price tag of Rs. 19.73 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike comes Rs. 3.63 lakh premium over the Ducati Diavel Dar Stealth Edition. This special edition model wears exclusive body decals in order to become much more appealing than the standard bike.

Ducati Diavel Carbon gets all black paint scheme with exclusive greenish strips on the fuel tank and at the rear panel as well. Apart from that, it gets Zircotec coated pipes and brushed steel silencer cover. Also, the bike runs on exclusive forged Marchesini wheels. Compared to the regular Ducati Diavel, this special edition model appears 5 kg lighter at 234 kg.

Power source for the Ducati Diavel Carbon is a 1,198 cc L-twin engine that is capable of churning out 152.2 PS of peak power at 9000 rpm and 123 Nm of peak torque at 8,000 rpm. Transmission duty is done by a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch. Ducati Diavel Carbon also features several different riding modes that the rider can choose according to preferences.

Ducati has added several unique technologies that enrich this bike’s riding quality. It gets power modes, Ducati Traction Contron, ABS and Hands-free option as well. For braking duty, Ducati Diavel Carbon uses twin 320 mm Brembo disc brakes at the front wheel, while rear gets a single 265 mm disc brake.

Suspension duty is done by 50 mm fully adjustable upside down front forks with DLC treatment, while rear comes equipped with fully adjustable monoshock absorber with progressive linkage. Ducati has garnered pretty good interest with the Diavel in India. Adding the Euro IV emission compliant model in the country market will certainly help the brand to enhance its sales.

Meanwhile, the Italian bike manufacturer has also launched Star White Silk colour variant of the SuperSport S in the country at a price tag of Rs. 13.55 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
