DSK Hyosung Aquila 250 Limited Edition Launched at Rs. 2.94 Lakh

DSK Hyosung Aquila 250 Limited Edition comes available in three different colour options; only 100 units will be sold

DSK Hyosung has launched a limited edition model of the Aquila 250 motorcycle at Rs. 2.94 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The cruiser comes available in three different colour options – Matte Green, Carbon Black and Desert Brown. The company will sell a total of 100 units of the model across the country.

The limited edition Aquila 250 is priced Rs. 10,000 premium compared to the standard model. The newly introduced limited edition remains identical to the regular bike, except for the added new colour. The standard Aquila 250 is available in Black, Blue and Red colour shades.

The Aquila 250 comes with a true-blue cruiser appearance. This model is known for its style and performance. The large round headlamp with chrome finishing around it, a chunky looking large 14-litre capacity fuel tank, low-sitting leather wrapped seats, old-school design taillight and large chrome garnished exhaust muzzle – altogether the motorcycle looks very stylish indeed.

Power source of the 179 kg weighing limited edition DSK Hyosung Aquila 250 is the same engine working in the regular one. The 249 cc V-Twin, DOHC, oil-cooled, 8-valve engine is mated to a 5-speed constant mesh transmission and it churns out 26.21 bhp of peak power at 9,500 rpm and 21.37 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm.

Braking power in the Aquila 250 is produced by hydraulic disc brake at front wheel and rear gets a drum brake. For suspension duty, the cruiser sports telescopic front fork and hydraulic double shock absorber at rear. While launching the limited edition model, Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman of DSK Motowheels said, Aquila 250 has been a high-demand model in the sub-500 cc segment. He hopes that the limited edition will increase its appeal further.
