​​Wipro Join Hands With McLaren As Its Official Technology Partner

​​Under this joint venture, Wipro will utilise its Holmes artificial intelligence platform in order to offer more flexibility and enhance the productivity of McLaren’s high tech automotive business

McLaren and one of the leading IT firms Wipro has recently announced their partnership. Under the alliance, Wipro will be assisting McLaren as official technology partner. The IT giant will help McLaren achieve its latest IT strategy and will focus on offering the next-gen differentiated IT services to its multiple business divisions. Besides, there will also be emphasis on reliability and agility.

​​Under this partnership, Wipro will utilise its Holmes artificial intelligence platform along with the company’s next generation managed services framework. This will be done to offer more flexibility and enhance the productivity of McLaren’s high tech businesses including automotives.

Regarding the tie up, Mr Craig Charlton, Chief Information Officer, McLaren Technology Group stated that the company is extremely passionate about delivering high performance digitally sound solutions that are backed by robust SLAs across McLaren. He further added that the brand has joined hands with Wipro as the latter will help them achieve excellence with its innovation in artificial intelligence.

On the parallel, Mr N S Bala, President, Manufacturing & Technology, Wipro Limited said that digitalisation is actually a great opportunity for pioneer brands like McLaren in order to reimagine and design their products to a whole new level. The tie up will also help the company design products from customer perspective. The top honcho further went on to say that Wipro is extremely delighted with this partnership with McLaren and the joint venture will definitely enable organisation-wide disruptive innovation.
