Volkswagen Kollam state-of-the-art workshop opens up as part of dealer expansion plans by the company
Volkswagen, the European automaker has recently inaugurated its new state-of-the-art workshop in Kollam in Kerala. Like any other auto manufacturer with undying attitude to succeed with this step, the European leading car manufacturer is on its move to strengthen its after-sales presence in the country, mainly targeting South India.

The newly inaugurated state-of-the-art Volkswagen Kollam workshop is set up by EVM Passenger Cars India Pvt. Ltd. and is situated on the Industrial Estate Road, Umayanalloor in Kerala. This new 8-bay workshop is equipped with best quality technologies to handle vehicle servicing and repairs along with giving the service of paint and bodywork repair to its esteemed customers. Spread around 7500 sq. ft. area, the new Volkswagen Kollam workshop holds a team of well-trained 28 members in total which includes expert technicians and support staff as well.
This seems to be the beginning for Volkswagen in terms of success stories for this year as the company lines up a host of exciting new launches for next 24 months and beyond. This means that Volkswagen as a European automaker seems to be fully committed to the Indian market in the coming months and we are sure to receive some new achievements in terms of sales number and launches too.
As the company is aiming to further enhance the strong position in the Southern market. We can expect new showrooms and service center to be opened by the company in other parts of southern region too. Lets wish Volkswagen all the very best for the upcoming competitive times that lie ahead for it.
