The TVS Victor Premium Edition has been treated with Matte Blue and Matte Silver colours; gets two-tone beige seat and chrome detailing on the visor as well

TVS Motor Company has introduced new paint schemes for the Victor commuter in the Indian market. Two new colours have been added to the Victor lineup as the matte series for the Premium Edition aims at luring in more young customers with an attractive exterior.

The new added colours are Matte Blue with the combination of white and Matte Silver with the combination of red.
The Hosur-based manufacturer launched the Premium Edition back in September 2017 and it comes applied in stylish black colour with yellow graphics and red with graphics in gold shade.

Courtesy of the inclusion of matte series, the Premium Edition is now offered in four different colours. It is priced at Rs. 55,890 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). There are some interesting detailing to back up the new paint jobs in the Victor Premium Edition such as two-tone beige seat and chrome finishes.

No powertrain changes are implemented as the Victor continues to feature the 109.7 cc single-cylinder Ecothrust engine which is good enough to produce a maximum power output of 9.5 PS at 7,500 rpm and 9.4 Nm of peak torque delivered at 6,000 rpm.

It is connected to a four-speed gearbox and has a claimed top speed of 90 kmph with 72 kmpl fuel economy. Constructed on single cradle tubular frame, the TVS Victor Premium Edition is suspended on telescopic front fork and five-step adjustable spring at the rear while the braking duty is performed by a standard 240 mm disc brake with 110 mm drum unit at the back.

TVS recently launched its flagship Apache RR310 as the brand’s most expensive product till date. However, it has iterated that it will continue exploring the entry-level mass-market segments for a sustained growth. TVS’ premium performance scooter, the Graphite, could make its global premiere in production form at the 2018 Auto Expo next month.
