Toyota Provides 55 Camry Hybrid just like Mercedes did with the E-Class 250 CDI. The ongoing African summit will be taking about key topics between both nations
Toyota has announced just like Mercedes-Benz its support to ongoing 3rd India Africa Forum Summit IAFS. The Japanese giant is providing a fleet of 55 Hybrid Camry vehicles for transportation of the African Nation delegation that will arrive to India. For your information, The summit will be held from the 26th to 29th of October in New Delhi and will be attended by leaders and diplomats from the African Nations.
Toyota said that last month Chairman had met the Prime Minister of India. This meeting initiated the support to the 3rd India African Summit. India government is recently oriented towards pollution control and hence environment-friendly technology friendly Camry Hybrid is in sync with this vision of the government.
The facelifted Camry Hybrid was launched in India in the month of April 2015. Camry hybrid turned out to be a successful car. Within the span of seven months Toyota has sold a lot of the Camry and majority of them are Hybrid vehicles.
Toyota Camry is the first hybrid vehicle to qualify for the incentive provided by the Government under FAME initiative. Camry Hybrid’s is a full hybrid and has the performance of a 2.5 litre petrol engine with a lot of torque from electric motor as well.
