5Bajaj Dominar Adventurer
Bajaj has launched Dominar 400 as its flagship model in India that garnered pretty good response within very short span. This sports tourer has received positive response not only in India, but in several global markets as well. Now, inspired by the success of the bike, Bajaj is gearing up to launch adventure tourer version of the bike that would be christened as Dominar Adventurer. The homegrown bike manufacturer has already patented the Adventurer badge in the country that consolidates the assumption.
The Bajaj Dominar Adventurer is expected to come wearing style that would be heavily inspired by the currently available Dominar 400 sports tourer. However, there would be distinctive characteristics as well. It would come sporting LED headlamps with similar shape as the Dominar 400. There would be a tall windshield and the fuel tank would be identical as the D400. Also, seats are likely to be same. The bike could get hard panniers at sides increasing practicality of an adventure tourer.

The LED taillights would remain same, while the bike would feature sporty grab rails that would alternatively help in roping luggage as well. The exhaust muzzle too would remain same. So far, the Bajaj Dominar Adventurer is expected to come closely similar looking as the current sports tourer.
Braking and suspension setup of the upcoming Bajaj Dominar Adventurer are likely to come same as the current Dominar 400. In that case, braking duty will be done by 320 mm front disc brake and 230 mm rear disc brake combined with twin channel ABS. Suspension duty will be done by 43 mm telescopic front forks and multi-step adjustable rear monoshock. Being an adventure tourer, the bike is likely to get on and off-road tyres that will fulfill all the purposes.

On the powertrain front, the bike will get energy from same 373.3 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that does duty in Dominar 400. The bike will be able to churn out 35 PS of peak power at 8,000 rpm and 35 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. Transmission duty will be done by a 6-seed gearbox. Fuel efficiency could be different than the sports tourer.
