Hyundai Creta has become cheaper by Rs. 1.10 lakh – Rs. 1.19 lakh; Grand i10 gets Rs. 10,000 price cut
The GST has brought good times for the car buyers as all the car manufacturers are offering price cuts to pass on the benefit of the new tax system to the customers. India’s second biggest car brand Hyundai is not far from that and the company has slashed pricing across its entire portfolio here. With this, the popular models like Elite i20, Grand i10, Creta have become more affordable to the buyers.
Hyundai Creta is one of the bestselling models from the South Korean brand and it has become cheaper after GST with price cuts ranging between Rs. 1.10 lakh and Rs. 1.19 lakh in Delhi. The Creta is currently priced between Rs. 8.10 lakh and Rs. 13.54 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), compared to its pre-GST pricing of Rs. 9.29 lakh and Rs. 14.64 lakh.

The midsize sedan Hyundai Verna has also received the price cut. In the revised price list, this sedan comes priced between Rs. 7.68 lakh and Rs. 12.89 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), compared to its pre-GST pricing range of Rs.7.96 lakh – Rs. 13.17 lakh. This means the Hyundai Verna has received a price cut of Rs. 28,000.
The Hyundai Grand i10 too is a pretty popular model in the co8untry and this hatchback has received price cut of Rs. 10,000 in Delhi. Currently, it is priced between Rs. 4.53 lakh and Rs. 7.28 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), compared to the car’s pre-GST pricing of Rs. 4.63 lakh – Rs. 7.38 lakh.

Another popular model from the band is the Hyundai Elite i20. This premium hatchback competes with rivals like Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Honda Jazz and Volkswagen Polo. The Elite i20 has received a price cut of Rs. 13,000 and it currently comes priced between Rs. 5.24 lakh and Rs. 8.96 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), compared to its pre-GST pricing Rs. 5.37 lakh – Rs. 9.09 lakh.
