Ford Endeavour is now Rs. 3 lakh cheaper; EcoSport and Figo receive price cut by Rs. 8,000 and Rs. 2,000
Ford India has joined the bandwagon of other automakers in the country to pass on the GST benefit to the customers. The American automaker has reduced pricing of its cars across the entire portfolio by up to 4.5%. Its flagship SUV in the country, Endeavour has received the maximum price cut up to Rs. 3 lakh in Mumbai. But in Delhi, it has become cheaper by up to Rs. 1.50 lakh.
The Ford EcoSport is a very popular compact SUV from the brand and in Delhi it has become cheaper by up to Rs. 8,000, while the Figo hatchback has become affordable by Rs. 2,000. The Ford Figo received a price cut of Rs. 28,000 in Mumbai. The company sells various products in different segments and with this price reduction, the vehicles are expected to garner more sales figure.

However, the American brand didn’t reveal the post GST pricing detail of its iconic sports coupe Mustang. Ford is not the first auto manufacturer in the country to slash the pricing of cars in order to pass on the benefit of new tax system to the buyers. Other major brands like Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Hyundai and several luxury carmakers too have already announced revised and reduced pricing for their products.
Ford is currently working on the facelift versions of EcoSport and the Endeavour. Both the cars are expected to launch in the domestic market sometime next year. Speaking about the Endeavour, the facelifted model will come with sharper and more masculine appealing look. It could get a revised front grille, refreshed front bumper and interior too could receive some changes.

Speaking about the Ford EcoSport facelift, it gets a completely revised front fascia thanks to the new front grille and updated bumper. The headlamps too become sharper giving the compact SUV a sporty and stylish appearance. Inside the cabin too, this car will become more appealing with new features and revised styling.
