Hyundai is expected to launch as many as three new models next year as the facelifted Creta, updated Alcazar and Verna N Line will be introduced and here we have all the key info:
1. Hyundai Creta Facelift
The updated Hyundai Creta is apparently one of the highly anticipated car launches of 2024. It will likely be introduced in the early month of the year and the midsize SUV will be subjected to a slew of revisions inside and out. This is the first major update for the second generation Creta, which debuted in early 2020 and has been dominating the segment.
The 2024 Hyundai Creta will get a brand new front fascia and rear end. The former will stick by the latest design philosophy followed by the brand globally and in India as well. It will be influenced by the latest SUV launches such as the Exter and Tucson as redesigned grille section, split headlamps, new bumpers, H-shaped LED tail lamps, etc will be available.
In addition, the cabin will gain a number of new additions including Level 2 ADAS tech while the dashboard and centre console will likely be updated as well. As for the performance, a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine will join the lineup and it will develop a maximum power output of 160 PS and 253 Nm of peak torque. It will be paired with a six-speed iMT or a seven-speed dual clutch auto.
2. Hyundai Alcazar Facelift
We showed you first exclusive spy images of the facelifted Hyundai Alcazar a few days ago and it will receive notable cosmetic updates and interior changes. It is expected to derive inspiration from the upcoming Creta facelift and will continue to use the existing powertrain lineup. The chances of it receiving ADAS based assistive and safety features are high.
3. Hyundai Verna N Line
The new generation Hyundai Verna has been well received by customers and is expected to get N Line treatment sometime next year. It will feature contrast red accents inside and out, judging by the spy images caught on camera recently.
