The festive season is known for racking up record volume sales in the automotive industry and manufacturers are looking to take advantage of it. In the month of September 2023, a plethora of new cars and motorcycles are waiting to be launched and here we have all the key info:

1. New-Gen Royal Enfield Bullet 350:

On September 1, the new generation RE Bullet 350 will be launched in India and it will have a lot in common with the latest Classic 350 including the engine and platform. It will be sold in three variants and will likely have a starting price of around Rs. 1.65 lakh (ex-showroom) as it will be positioned above the Hunter.

2. Honda Elevate:

On September 4, the official prices of the Honda Elevate will be out. The midsize SUV is based on the same platform as the fifth-gen City and is powered by a 1.5L NA four-cylinder petrol engine developing 121 PS and 145 Nm. It is linked with a six-speed MT or a CVT and will be available in an expansive range with prices ranging between Rs. 11 lakh and Rs. 18 lakh (ex-showroom).

3. TVS Apache RTR 310:

On September 6, TVS will introduce its flagship naked streetfighter, the Apache RTR 310. It will feature a TFT screen, ride modes, adjustable levers, USD forks, and LED lighting all around. The motorcycle will be powered by a 312 cc liquid-cooled engine, paired with a six-speed transmission.

4. Citroen C3 Aircross:

The prices of the Citroen C3 Aircross will also be announced in September and it will be available in five- and seven-seater layouts. Due to high localisation, we expect it to carry aggressive pricing and it derives power from a 1.2L turbo petrol engine, mated to only a six-speed transmission.

5. Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus:

The Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus is expected to be launched next month too and it will be retailed in seven- and nine-seater configurations. It will be slotted below the Scorpio Classic in the brand’s lineup and will feature a 2.2L diesel engine.

6. Suzuki V-Strom 800DE:

Since the V-Strom 800DE has been spotted several times in India, we do expect it to launch sometime next month. The adventure tourer made its global debut in late 2022 and it will be equipped with a new 776 cc parallel twin-cylinder engine.

7. Tata Nexon Facelift & Nexon EV Facelift:

On September 14, Tata Motors will launch the heavily updated Nexon and Nexon EV in India. Both will draw design inspiration from the Curvv concept and the interior will be a major overhaul with the inclusion of more advanced features and technologies.

8. Hyundai i20 Facelift:

Although not confirmed, the facelifted version of the Hyundai i20 could be introduced next month in India or October and it will get minor changes inside and out to stretch the lifespan of the existing generation. No powertrain changes are expected.

9. 5-Door Force Gurkha:

The bigger Force Gurkha has been spotted testing multiple times on public roads and it will be more practical than the existing three-door version. It will have minor visual changes and will continue to use the 2.6L diesel engine sourced from Mercedes-Benz.

10. Toyota SUV Coupe (Fronx Based):

Following the launch of the Rumion MPV, Toyota is planning to bring in the rebadged version of the Maruti Suzuki Fronx. It could be dubbed the Urban Cruiser Taisor and will get minor visual changes inside and out compared to its donor. It will be powered by a 1.2L petrol and a 1.0L turbo petrol engine.
