The Kia Sonet is offered in six trim levels, and has three engine options and four transmission choices available
Kia India launched its first sub-4-metre SUV for the Indian market, the Sonet, in September last year. The new SUV currently has a starting price of Rs. 6.79 lakh, going all the way up to Rs. 13.09. The diesel models are priced between Rs. 8.35 lakh to Rs. 13.35 lakh.
Even though Kia Sonet is just a subcompact crossover SUV, the South Korean manufacturer has loaded it with plenty of bells and whistles, and not just on the top-spec variants. The lower trim levels are also decently equipped, not only with convenience features, but safety equipment as well.
The Sonet was recently updated in India, with a new logo as well as rejigged trims, and here, we’ve listed the prices and features of all different trims of the Sonet. This also includes the different engine types – 1.2-litre petrol, 1.5-litre turbo-diesel, and 1.0-litre turbo-petrol – along with the various transmission options – 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed torque-converter automatic, 6-speed intelligent Manual (iMT), and 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
