TVS free two-wheeler Road Side Assistance Program is initially available in 70 cities across India before expanded to 200 cities by October
TVS Motor Company is offering a free 24/7 Road Side Assistance Service for all its two-wheeler customers. Initially the service is available in 70 cities across the country, and the company plans to expand the service to 200 cities by the end of October. The service can be availed through toll-free number or app, also the service is offered to all the TVS two-wheeler brands.
The TVS Motor Company presently has around 28 million two-wheeler customers and the company has already received a strong positive response and appreciation from them. All the new and existing customers can avail the service, by dialing the toll-free number 1800 419 2077 or logging in to the TVSM Service app.

TVS Motor Company is improving its relationship with its customers through several initiatives. Apart from offering exciting products, the company is also trying to offer the best-in-class after-sales experience. The Road Side Assistance Program includes spare key pick-up, fuel delivery and on-site repair. Also, the service includes cab arrangement, accident assistance and towing of vehicles as well; and all these service come without any extra cost.
To inform the customers about the 24/7 Roadside Assistance Program, the TVS Motor Company’s dealers will organize various awareness campaigns across the country. The TVS Motor Company plans to roll-out the service throughout the entire Nation, by the end of March 2017.
