Maruti Suzuki officially introduced Vitara Brezza in 2016. The compact SUV quickly became the best seller of the segment and since then the competitors have not able to come close to Vitara Brezza. Since the launch, the Indo-Japanese brand has sold more around 2.75 lakh units of Vitara Brezza.

In the last fiscal year, the company have sold 1,48,462 units of Vitara Brezza which is a growth of 36.7 percent over the previous year. Hyundai Creta is the only model which comes close to Vitara Brezza in sales numbers.

The top end variant comes with features like LED DRLs, projector headlamp, automatic headlamp, automatic wiper, touch screen infotainment system, cruise control, cooled glove box and more.

Today Maruti Suzuki officially introduced Vitara Brezza AMT at the starting price of Rs. 8.54 lakh (Ex-Showroom, Delhi). The AMT is available in VDi, ZDi, ZDi+ and ZDi+ Dual tone. Except for AMT transmission, Maruti hasn’t made any mechanical changes for Vitara Brezza.

Along with AMT transmission, Maruti has made some aesthetic changes for Vitara Brezza as the company introduced new Autumn Orange colour. The Vitara Brezza also gets black alloy wheels and black finished interior. The safety features like dual airbags, ABS with EBD, revere parking sensors and high speed alert is now standard on Vitara Brezza. Maruti Suzuki is expected to introduce petrol variant of Vitara Brezza soon in India.
