Top 10 selling bikes in November 2017 saw Hero MotoCorp’s usual dominance with Splendor and HF Deluxe topping the charts

The domestic two-wheeler industry witnessed usual models heading the charts as Hero MotoCorp dominated the top ten yet again. The Splendor is the undeniable bestseller in the market as 2,25,737 units were sold in November 2017 and it was well ahead of its HF Deluxe sibling by over 72,800 deliveries. The second-placed entry-level HF Deluxe managed to gather 1,52,879 units in total last month.

Slotting in at third was Honda’s ace motorcycle in India, the CB Shine. It outsold a couple of equally competitive products from Hero’s stable with monthly cumulative sales of 82,247 units. Not too far behind in fourth was the Glamour series that registered 73,226 units, just over 9,000 units fewer than the CB Shine. Just behind the Passion was the Passion as it accumulated 55,680 deliveries in November 2017.

The re-entry of Pulsar 200 NS and the new 160 NS have proved to be a good move for Bajaj as the range now gives variety of options for buyers to choose from.

Royal Enfield revealed its new flagship 650 twins at the EICMA 2017 and they are expected to go on sale in India sometime next year. With the Classic 350 sandwiching Platina and Pulsar last month, the upcoming Continental GT and Interceptor may do its sales only good.
