Hero MotoCorp boasts the top four spots with Splendor, HF Deluxe, Glamour and Passion

Hero MotoCorp has every reason to rejoice seeing the June, 2016 bike sales chart. The two wheeler maker possesses the top four spots with Splendor, HF deluxe, Glamour and Passion. No wonder the Splendor has been one of the very popular model series from the company for quite long time. And despite the brewing competition from others it still is on the top.

In June, 2016 Hero MotoCorp has sold a total of 204609 units of the Splendor series. In the same month last year the company sold 195108 units. With 106486 units sold the Hero HF Deluxe has seen a 25% rise in the sales; while the Glamour has seen a very impressive 40% rise. The stylish and sporty looking bike has fetched 80348 units sold in last month, compare to 57477 units sold in June, 2015. Meanwhile the Passion series’ sale has declined by 38%. Compare to 124463 units sold in June, 2015 Passion has sold only 76639 units in June, 2016.

CB Shine is the only models Honda Motorcycles possess. The CB Shine has seen a 14% rise with 74286 units sold in June 2016. In the top 10 list Bajaj also has a large share with several models like CT 100 cc, Pulsar 150 cc, Platina and the V15. While the Bajaj CT 100 cc and Pulsar 150 cc both has seen sales decline, the Platina has recorded only 6% rise. The CT 100 cc has seen 21% decline, where as the Pulsar 150 cc has seen 15% decline in sales.

Bajaj V15 Photos-26The Bajaj V15 on the other hand has been doing pretty well. It has recorded 26482 units sold in June, 2016. In recent times, Royal Enfield has seen a steep rise in sales. In June 2016 also the Classic 350 has sold 28926 units compare to 19316 units in June 2015, which marks 50% rise in sales.
