This RE Thunderbird 350 Is Modified To Look Like Harley Davidson Iron 883

The custom motorcycle gets a lot of premium aftermarket parts including the fuel tank, USD suspension setup, leather seats, and many more

The Royal Enfield platform is one of the easiest platforms for custom bike makers to work their magic on. We have already seen many fine examples where Royal Enfield motorcycles are customized completely to look like Harley Davidson motorcycles. Here in this video, you can watch a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 heavily customized to look like the HD Iron 883.

All the major changes and modifications that are made to the motorcycle has been explained in the video posted by Vampvideo. To begin with, the customised Thunderbird 350 gets a lot of chrome detailing everywhere including the engine. There is even one year warranty on the chrome plating as well.

To imitate the Iron 883 muscular styling the stock fuel tank of the motorcycle has been replaced with an aftermarket unit which is finished in matte grey paint. The stock wheels of the motorcycle are also replaced with an aftermarket alloy wheel repainted in matte black paint to gel well with the overall theme of the motorcycle.

There is even a new aftermarket halogen headlamp unit which too gets a chrome finish. The stock tyres of the custom motorcycle are also changed with fatter rubbers with a bigger block pattern. However, in order to fit the fatter rear tyres, the custom modification team has modified the rear swingarm as well.

Besides all these major changes the motorcycle also features a new offset instrument cluster. The stock seats too are replaced with an aftermarket single seat unit. This single-seat gets a stitched pure leather cover on it that adds some premium styling to the motorcycle. The motorcycle also gets a black coloured filter cover that hides the aftermarket air filter.

It also receives an aftermarket exhaust unit as well as finished in Black. The rear number plate of the motorcycle is also mounted towards the left-hand side of the bike to add a clean look to the rear. Lastly, the custom motorcycle gets an upside-down suspension setup from the Duke 390 but retains the stock rear suspension. As far as the pricing is concerned the custom modification team has charged Rs 1.40 Lakhs for the entire modification.
