It has become the bestselling model for the brand ever since entering domestic market and over 2.2 lakh units are retailed thus far. Along with the 4 year/1,00,000 km warranty, Renault also stated that it has introduced an attractive program called the Renault Secure.

It adds up extended vehicle warranty with road side assistance as preferred customers can extend the coverage by up to 5 years or 1,00,000 km (whichever comes first) along with assistance at a nominal cost on all Renault models available in the domestic fleet such as Captur, Duster, Lodgy and Kwid.

However, the Extended Warranty Program has some exclusion compared to Standard Warranty. It follows several after-sales initiatives for better ownership experience like Renault Secure, Renault Assist, Workshop on Wheels (WoW), Passion on Wheels (PoW), customer apps and regular service camps.

Roadside assistance is available across India except in Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep. Renault relies on Kwid for majority of its market share as it is the most popular model in the Indian portfolio. Recently, special editions and limited-run anniversary models were launched as well.
