Hyundai India officially opened bookings for the Venue on May 2nd and the company received more than 2000 bookings in just 25 days. The company launched the Venue compact SUV in India on May 21 at a cracking entry-level price of Rs. 6.50 lakh (Ex-Showroom). Even before the launch, Hyundai has got more than 15,000 bookings.

Now the company has officially announced that they have received more than 20,000 bookings for the Venue in India. One of the reasons for the huge popularity of Venue is its aggressive pricing as everyone expected the company to price the new SUV at the premium end like they did with New Santro but the compact SUV undercut all of its competitors.
