Hyundai Santa Fe facelift to hit Indian showrooms by early next year
Hyundai has unveiled its Santa Fe facelift SUV in the south of Korea giving its first impressive look. In terms of its design, this refreshed SUV gets cosmetic changes in the form of reshaped appealing looking bumpers, newly designed headlights as well as a redesigned radiator grille.
Along with these, the company went ahead to offer new wheel designs as well as new taillight along with three new body colors to give variety to the users to choose from. Under the hood, the company has offered the Santa Fe facelift SUV in five trims powering it with two diesel engine options. While its 2.0-litre engine churns out 186 PS of power @ 4,000 rpm, it’s bigger mill i.e. 2.2-litre mill churns around 202 PS of power @ 3,800 rpm, both of those adhering to the Euro 6 compliance.
Like the cosmetics, the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe facelift comes with improvised chassis with the help of high strength steel, which is sure to result in better crash test results as per the company. Without giving more information on the newly unveiled Santa Fe facelift SUV, the company has restricted by telling the customers the added safety features, the better looking cosmetic changes. It is said that the US can also expect the Santa Fe to come powered by 2.4-litre diesel mill along with a 3.3-litre V6 engine as well as the hybrid version.
