DSK-Motowheels have introduced many brands in India, but most of them didn’t get the attention they deserved and finally, the company ended up with lots of financial problems which forced them to stop operations in India. Hyosung was one of the brands they brought to India and the company has officially ended its partnership with DSK-Motowheels.

The Korean manufacturer is planning to make a come back to India with Motoroyale partnership and the first product will be Mirage 250, which will be launched later this month. The Mirage 250 is basically the new generation of Aquila 250 cruiser and the global launch took place earlier this year. The new cruiser motorcycle is completely different from the outgoing model.

Hyosung has given modern cruiser styling theme for Mirage 250 as it gets new round LED headlamp at the front and 19-inch wheels at the front and 16 inches at the rear. The Mirage 250 get cow horns handlebar and it is smaller compared to regular ones, but it gives a comfortable riding position with forward set foot pegs.

The teardrop design for fuel tank make the cruiser more attractive and it can hold 15 litres of petrol, which is bigger than Aquile 250. The company claims that the massive fuel tank will give around 400 km of range. The Mirage 250 gets 710 mm of seat height, which is ideal for both short and tall riders.

The rider seat is carved out to give more comfort and pillion seat is small as the cruiser is preferred for single use. The rear fender design is similar to some Harley Davidson bikes and the company has given LED tail lights. Overall, the design will certainly make Mirage 250 stand out of the competition.

The cruiser is powered by 250 cc V-Twin, fuel injected engine producing 25.8 bhp of power at 9,000 rpm and 21.7 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and the Mirage 250 gets disc brakes at front and rear with dual channel ABS as standard. We can expect Hyosung to price Mirage 250 around Rs. 3 lakh in India.
