Bulleteer Customs based in Bangalore is known for their excellent craft in modifying Royal Enfield bikes. The latest project of Bulleteer Customs is El Huracan, which is based on RE Electra and the custom shop has given bobber design theme for the bike. The frame and engine are the only things took from stock bike.
The changes starts with new round LED headlamps along with new fenders at front and the telescopic suspension has been carried forward from stock bike. The custom shop has given clip on handle bar for El Huracan and it is positioned slightly lower than stock handle bar.
Bulleteer Customs has given a new custom made fuel tank for El Huracan. The custom bike comes with a single seat and it is finished in brown colour. The seat is positioned lower on the body and foot pegs are forward set to give a comfortable riding position.
Bulleteer Custom has increased wheelbase and rear also gets new fender. El Huracan comes with small round tail lamp and number plate is positioned on the left side. The rear gets gas charged suspension and it is tuned for comfort. The mechanical parts are finished in black colour and fuel tank in silver colour.
The stock wheels have been replaced by new spoke wheels finished in black colour and the modified bike uses 110 mm front tyre and 140 section rear tyre. To improve braking, the custom shop has given disc brakes at front and rear. The El Huracan misses out indicators and instrument cluster.
The custom shop hasn’t made any changes to engine as it is the same 346 cc single cylinder engine producing 19.8 bhp of power and 28 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to 5 speed gearbox. The stock exhaust has been replaced by an aftermarket unit and it is wrapped in heat absorbing materials. The custom shop hasn’t revealed total cost of modification.
