Customised TVS Apache RTR 180 Looks Very Aggressive in Café Racer Guise

TVS Apache RTR 180 has earned respect and positive response from the buyer thanks to its sporty and sharp design along with impressive performance. But as it seems, some owners seek more and here we have a customised TVS Apache RTR 180 that has been given a café racer appearance with more muscular and aggressive tone.

Modified by a customisation shop in Indonesia, this bike looks very appealing indeed compared to the stock model. The custom bike gets a new round shaped headlamp ditching the stock one. The instrument cluster is new too, as it sports a dual-pod cluster. Apart from that, the Apache RTR 180 also features new handlebars and new wing mirrors giving the bike an unique appearance.

The bike is painted in all-black theme that enhances its visual appeal and strong road presence. The muscular fuel tank has been retained in its stock form and the bike gets a new seat retro-looking leather wrapped seat. Side panels appear to be unchanged along with the exhaust and the aggressive looking bike runs on black painted alloy wheels wrapped with meaty high-performance tyres.

Speaking about the braking and suspension equipment, the modified TVS Apache RTR 180 in Indonesia gets disc brakes at both ends, while the suspension too has been updated to offer superior riding experience compared to the regular model. It is not sure, if the bike has received an updated powertrain as well.

The stock TVS Apache RTR 180 comes powered by a 177 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The engine churns out 17.30 bhp of pea power at 8,500 rpm and 15.50 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The bike is offered with ABS as an optional feature. The ABS variant comes priced at Rs. 91,057 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), while the non ABS model is priced at Rs. 80,319 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
