The custom camouflage green paint and the different coloured headlamps are the main highlights of this custom motorcycle
We have said this couple of times already that the Royal Enfield motorcycles are the easiest platforms for custom motorcycle builders to work their magic on. There are plenty of renowned custom motorcycle builders in India and EIMOR customs is one of them. Their latest creation is called Arsenal and it is hard to figure out that it is actually based on the RE Classic 500 because EIMOR customs has changed the appearance of the motorcycle completely.
That said, the custom motorcycle gets two different coloured headlamps towards the front with a protective grille to protect them from any external damage. The stock fenders are also replaced with shorter custom fenders to add a sporty appearance, whereas the stock spoke wheels and tyres are also replaced with aftermarket alloy wheels and dual-purpose knobby tyres.
The custom bike builders have also added the name of the bike in white on the walls of the front and rear tyres to add a retro look to the motorcycle. EIMOR Customs has decided to keep the stock tank on the motorcycle intact however, it gets a custom camouflaged green paint scheme which goes well with the overall theme of the motorcycle.
The stock seats are also replaced with a single piece flat custom seat with green stitching on it. The Arsenal also gets a custom crash guard and auxiliary lamps mounted on them. To match with the green camouflage colour scheme the handlebar grips are also finished in green as well.
Apart from all these changes, there are no other major changes made to the motorcycle. The motorcycle still retains the stock twin-pod instrument cluster, switchgear, suspension, brakes. However, the stock exhaust of the custom motorcycle has been replaced with a custom unit. The Classic 500 Arsenal is still powered by the same 499cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine.
This unit produces a maximum power of 27.2 Bhp at 5,250 rpm and peak torque of 41.3 Nm at 4,000 rpm. Its engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. EIMOR customs have not revealed the exact price of the modification job but you can contact them directly to know the details.
