Bajaj Scrambler Based on Pulsar Spotted Testing For the First Time

Bajaj Scrambler 150

Bajaj Scrambler has been spotted testing for the first time as it will replicate the iconic old Pulsar with its styling cues.

Scrambler season is here folks and after premium manufacturer it is Bajaj that is all set to launch later next year most likely. This is, like other Bajaj products, clearly uncalled for and a big surprise. The motorcycle is clearly a Scrambler in the way it look. Retro styling with modern chassis and engines. Bajaj, thanks to Pulsar series that they have since last 15 years now is all set to get the iconic treatment, which infact, it deserves.

It clearly is not the new commuter from Bajaj as clearly looks like a high quality spec components and the way the bike sits. It isn’t tall or completely low as its cruiser. The Bajaj scrambler sits in between, which it is suppose to be. Knobbly fat tyres are visible and why would any commuter to get it? It is all set to get a nice looking exhaust. Most parts are going to be borrowed from the Avenger series because they should fit the bill here rightly.

Bajaj Scrambler 150

The Scrambler inspired seat, is looking really good and high quality. The front cowl is clearly taken from the Pulsar series of the past and current commuter Pulsar’s. Tank is heavily inspired from the first generation Pulsar which looks even bigger than before and is shaped well to give the modern-retro chic look. Rear tail-lights, grab handle and tail piece are taken from the Avenger which seem to be just fine on this machine.

Bajaj Scrambler 220

Mechanically, we expect it to come with a 220cc engine that is seen on the Avenger and we can expect a 150cc variant as well. Bajaj has mastered its 150cc 2 and 4 valve engine and it should make its way here. We can expect this product to be just like the Pulsar 150, 180, 220 and not in the category for AS, RS and SS. This could also spawn a third Brand in the Bajaj lineup keeping aside commuter category after Pulsar and Avenger. A clear picture in the future will confirm this is Bajaj’s very own Scrambler. Stay tuned for more pictures and details as these pictures don’t do justice.
