Honda BR-V is the latest addition to the Honda Car India’s fleet. The compact SUV comes bearing the design cue of the Honda Mobilio MPV. The car made its India debut at the 2016 New Delhi Auto Expo. Entering the most competitive segment in the Indian market the BR-V took one rivals like Renault Duster, Hyundai Creta, Nissan Terrano and Maruti Suzuki S-Cross.

Honda BR-V V CVT gets power from a 1.5 litre i-VTEC engine mated to a CVT gearbox with Earth Dreams Technology. The car sports paddle shifters attached with the multifunction steering wheel, from where the driver can gear up and down as per need. It churns out 117 bhp of peak power at 6600 rpm and 145 Nm of peak torque at 4600 rpm.

The Honda BR-V comes with a muscular design. It sports sharp wrap around headlamps with LED daytime running lights, thick chrome garnished H shaped bar at the front grille. The front bumper looks muscular with larger air intake, accented fog lamps and skid plate. Also the sporty alloy wheels, roof rails, sharp character lines enhance the sporty appeal.
