In the coming months, seven new entry-level premium motorcycles will be launched in India in the Rs. 2.5 lakh to Rs. 3 lakh (ex-showroom) price range. Here we have brought you a rundown of all of them:

1. Harley Davidson X440:

The X440 will be the first motorcycle to launch out of the alliance between Harley-Davidson and Hero MotoCorp. The Neo-retro roadster will be equipped with a 440 cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine which could produce around 35 bhp. It will be introduced on July 3 and will feature all LED lighting, dual-channel ABS, a digital instrument console, USD forks, twin-sided shocks, etc.

2. Bajaj-Triumph Roadster & Scrambler:

The global debut of the Bajaj-Triumph partnership’s first motorcycles, a roadster and a scrambler, will happen in the United Kingdom on June 27. One of the two motorcycles will be launched in India on July 5. They will be powered by a 400 cc liquid-cooled engine and will carry competitive price as they will be produced locally at Bajaj’s Chakan facility.

3. New-Gen KTM 390 Duke:

The third-generation KTM 390 Duke will be unveiled in the coming months (perhaps at 2023 EICMA) and it will go on sale in India early next year. It gets a brand new chassis and subframe while the engine’s displacement will be bumped up, and expectedly the power and torque figures too. It is undoubtedly the biggest update for the naked streetfighter since the original model came to the fore. It will also get more electronic aids, a new TFT cluster and sharper styling.

4. New-Gen Husqvarna Svartpilen 401:

Based on the Upcoming KTM 390 Duke, Husqvarna is expected to launch the new generation Svartpilen 401 in the near future. It will receive a brand new styling while the hardware will be shared with its Austrian sibling.

5. Royal Enfield Himalayan 450:

On an extensive test run, the Himalayan 450 is arguably the most anticipated motorcycle from Royal Enfield in recent times. The dual-purpose adv will feature an all-new 450 cc liquid-cooled engine, a new frame, long travel upside down front forks and an off-set monoshock suspension, a brand new instrument console, LED lighting, etc to take the fight to KTM 390 Adventure.

6. TVS Apache RTR 310:

TVS Motor Company is believed to bring in a naked flagship motorcycle based on the Apache RR310 before the end of this calendar year. The design will be inspired by the Draken concept and it will be powered by the familiar 312 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that can also be found in the RR310, BMW G310 R, BMW G310 GS and BMW G310 RR.
