2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 gets a new LED headlamp and LED DRLs along with a new digital cluster with Bluetooth and turn-by-turn navigation

Bajaj Auto has officially revealed the updated Pulsar NS200 on its social media handles, following a set of teasers released recently. As expected, the naked streetfighter has received minor updates such as a new LED headlamp cluster with integrated LED Daytime Running Lights, and a new digital instrument cluster replacing the semi-digital unit.

It must be noted that nearly a year ago, Bajaj revised the NS200 by introducing a range of new features. These updates included upside-down front forks, dual-channel ABS, fresh decals and graphics, alloy wheels borrowed from the N250 model, and an updated console featuring a gear position indicator and distance-to-empty indicator.

This time around the updates are more modern in the 2024 Pulsar NS200 and the same enhancements have also been applied onto the Pulsar N160. The prices are set to see a slight increase from the current asking price of Rs. 1.46 lakh (ex-showroom). However, no mechanical changes have been implemented, with the same 199 cc liquid-cooled engine powering the motorcycle.

The Pulsar NS200 featured the same semi-digital unit introduced over a decade ago. Therefore, the introduction of the new digital console serves as a refreshing upgrade and it comes with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. Unfortunately, it seems the RS200 may not receive this update.

The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is currently sold in three colour schemes namely Glossy Ebony Black, Metallic Pearl White, Cocktail Wine Red/White and Pewter Grey/Blue. The updated motorcycle is expected to gain new shades to complement the refreshed look. The suspension duties are handled by telescopic front forks and rear monoshock suspension with red springs as before.

The braking duties are handled by front and rear disc brakes, assisted by a dual-channel ABS system. The design of the fuel tank, body panels and the butterfly-styled twin vertical LED tail lamp and split grab rails continue to remain the same. Other highlights of the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 are split seats, alloy wheels, a short flyscreen, new switchgear, clip-on handlebar setup, black finished mirrors and so on.
