The 2023 Yamaha Monster Energy MotoGP Edition has been introduced for the YZF-R15M, MT-15 V2.0, and Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid; the Aeroxx 155 will soon get a similar treatment

India Yamaha Motor has today announced the launch of the 2023 Monster Energy MotoGP Edition models as the YZF-R15M, the MT-15 V2.0, and the Ray ZR 125 Fi get the special treatment. The 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition range will be available at all the premium Blue Square dealerships present across the country from the third week of September.

The Japanese manufacturer has further noted that the special MotoGP Edition for the Aerox 155 will also be introduced soon. Compared to the regular colour schemes, the MotoGP Edition comes with a number of unique touches and the 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition model range has been released ahead of the inaugural Indian GP at Buddh International Circuit.

The 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition of YZF-R15M and MT-15 V2.0 features the Yamaha MotoGP livery on the fuel tank shrouds, the fuel tank itself and the side panels, outlining its Racing heritage as Yamaha has won multiple championships in different disciplines. The Yamaha Aerox 155 and the Ray ZR get MotoGP livery on the overall body.

The brand has further noted that the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition model range will be offered in a limited quantity. Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Yamaha Motor India Group of Companies’ Chairman, Eishin Chihana said:

“There is a lot of enthusiasm among Yamaha fans to witness the first ever MotoGP race in India. With the launch of the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition model range today, we believe it is only going to rev up their excitement.”

The 2023 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition is priced at Rs. 92,330 for the Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid, Rs. 1,72,700 for the MT-15 V2.0 and Rs. 1,97,200 for the YZF-R15M supersport. No mechanical changes have been made in all these models as the graphical enhancements remain as the big update. Yamaha will launch the BSVI stage 2 compliant YZF-R3 and MT-03 this festive season and they will be powered by a 321 cc parallel twin cylinder liquid cooled engine.
