Triumph has teased four new motorcycles ahead of a reveal scheduled for October 6. The short video keeps every motorcycle under heavy shadow but each silhouette carries enough visual detail to indicate four separate product portfolios. The group likely points to the upcoming Bonneville 400, a Street Triple and two adventure motorcycles that match the proportions of the Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200.
The Bonneville 400 appears to be the most obvious motorcycle to pick out. Its circular headlamp, long fuel tank, relatively flat seat and traditional roadster stance closely match prototypes already spotted on Indian roads. Previous test bikes also exposed wire spoke wheels, long mudguards, a peashooter style exhaust, telescopic front suspension and twin rear shock absorbers. Those details separate it clearly from the Speed 400 and Thruxton 400.
Recent Bonneville 400 prototypes also indicate substantial changes beneath the retro bodywork. Test motorcycles have shown a different chassis, revised swingarm and new rear subframe built around the twin shock layout. A 349 cc liquid cooled single cylinder engine is expected and it will be coupled with a six-speed gearbox. The flatter seat and relaxed ergonomics also move it closer to the traditional Bonneville formula. If it does not turn out to be the case, it could be the larger Bonneville.

Another silhouette carries the compact proportions associated with the Street Triple. The short front section, high tail and twin headlamp outline are the main giveaways in the teaser. Triumph has not exposed enough detail to identify the Street Triple derivative but the profile leaves little doubt about the motorcycle range represented in that section of the video.
The other two motorcycles use tall windscreens, upright riding positions and adventure touring bodywork. The slimmer machine points to the Tiger 900 with its narrower central section and middleweight adv stance. The second motorcycle has a larger front section, taller stance and heavier touring profile which matches the Tiger 1200 more closely. Triumph has kept both bikes dark enough to conceal detailed bodywork and equipment changes.

India has a notable connection to the Bonneville 400 than the other three motorcycles in the teaser. The bike has undergone repeated testing here with later prototypes looking close to production state. It must be noted that the British brand already encompasses roadster, scrambler and café racer formats in its smaller capacity family through the Speed 400, Scrambler 400 models and Thruxton 400. A Bonneville 400 would add the traditional twin shock roadster that has so far been absent from that line-up to compete directly against 350 cc REs.
