
Tata Motors has launched the Sierra Legend Series in India with five variants priced from Rs. 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The new range comprises Smart+ L, Pure L, Pure L (O), Pure+ L and Adventure+ L with petrol and diesel powertrains offered across manual and automatic transmissions. The Legend Series adds more premium cabin equipment at lower points in the Sierra lineup without changing any mechanical bits.
The entry Smart+ L brings leatherette seats, similar door trims and armrests, steering-mounted controls, auto-folding ORVMs and Passive Entry & Passive Start. Bi-LED projector headlamps, six airbags, an electronic parking brake and ESP with more than 20 functions are also included. Tata positions this variant as the starting point for the upgraded cabin treatment.
Pure L costs from Rs. 13.79 lakh and adds 17-inch alloy wheels, a 26.03 cm touchscreen, an eight-speaker audio system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, cruise control, Hill Descent Control and TPMS. Pure L (O), priced from Rs. 14.29 lakh, adds the Panoramax voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, automatic headlamps and rain-sensing wipers for an additional Rs. 50,000 over Pure L.

Pure+ L starts at Rs. 14.99 lakh and focuses more heavily on seating and cabin equipment. It adds ventilated front seats, a six-way powered driver’s seat with thigh-support extender and Boss Mode. Dual-zone fully automatic climate control and dual rear 65W USB-C fast chargers are also included ensuring this version as a clear step up from the two Pure L variants below it.
Adventure+ L sits at the top of the Legend Series from Rs. 16.99 lakh. Its equipment list includes a 360-degree HD Surround View System with 4Sight, Superglide Suspension with FDD, multiple terrain modes, a 31.24 cm touchscreen and a 26.03 cm digital cockpit with navigation. Front parking sensors, ambient lighting, a two-stage reclining rear seat, wireless charging and a cooled glovebox are also part of the package.
The mechanical range carries over with three engine choices: the 1.5-litre Hyperion TGDi petrol, 1.5-litre Revotron petrol and 1.5-litre Kryojet diesel. Manual and automatic gearbox choices vary by variant. Every Sierra also comes with six airbags, all-wheel disc brakes and ESP with more than 20 functions, and the SUV is built on a body structure rated five stars by Bharat NCAP.
