Just a month ahead of the launch of the facelifted Innova Hycross in India, Toyota has introduced a round of small updates for the current model in Indonesia, where it markets the large MPV as the Kijang Innova Zenix. Here are the top 5 changes offered in the Indonesian-spec model, which could be offered in the Indian-spec facelifted model that will be launched on 26 November.
The Indonesian-spec new Toyota Innova Hycross debuts one of the most anticipated features in the Indian-spec facelifted model: a virtual instrument cluster. While the model sold in India is available with a 7-inch driver information display, the Indonesian model now comes with a fully digital instrument cluster measuring 12.3 inches diagonally.
The 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster is the same unit seen in several global Toyota models, including the ninth-gen Camry that is sold in India. It should allow the driver to choose from up to four different themes, each with up to three different layouts.
