British luxury car maker Jaguar launched its first ever SUV in form of the F-Pace earlier this year in April. The car has immediately garnered pretty much appreciation and now it seems, the company did the right thing by making a SUV. The F-Pace has become the fastest selling Jaguar vehicle ever in its 94 years of history.
The company has recently declared the news and also it has revealed that around 90% of buyers for the F-Pace is new to the brand, and belongs between 40 to 50 years of age. The luxury SUV has already sold more than 30,000 units since its launch, and the company also reveals, that more than 16 lakh people have shown interest in the SUV till date.

Jaguar F-Pace was officially unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, and since then it has been one of the most talked about car of recent time across the world. While it has gained popularity across the world, in UK the response has been overwhelming for the British marquee. In India too the Jaguar showcased the F-Pace at the 2016 New Delhi Auto Expo earlier this year.
Few days back, the car was spotted in India at a dealership backyard. Though it is not officially confirmed, but the F-Pace might launch in the country during upcoming festive season. It takes design cue from its sedan siblings XE and XF, but comes more aggressive and distinct.

The Jaguar F-Pace comes in four different variants – Pure, prestige, R-Sport and First Edition. While the Pure and Prestige variants draw power from JLR’s all new Ingenium diesel engine generating 180 PS of peak power and 480 Nm of peak torque, the R-Sport and First Edition variants take power from a 3.0 litre V6 diesel engine churning out 300 PS of peak power and massive 700 Nm of peak torque. On the transmission front the car sports an eight speed automatic gearbox.
