Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched the 2026 Glanza facelift in India at a starting price of Rs. 6.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated premium hatchback receives redesigned exterior styling, additional safety features and revised powertrain options. Toyota has expanded the lineup to five grades comprising E, S, G, V and the new V(O). The top-end V(O) introduces Level 2 ADAS and an AMT gearbox is now offered with both petrol and CNG configurations.
The exterior receives a substantially redesigned front fascia with a larger black grille and prominent silver surrounds. The Toyota emblem now sits on the leading edge of the bonnet above a horizontal chrome strip connecting the headlamp sections. The lower bumper gets a honeycomb grille treatment, rectangular fog lamps and revised air intakes. Toyota has also introduced new side skirts which give the facelift a slightly different profile compared with the outgoing model.
The 2026 Toyota Glanza gains the new 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine introduced on the facelifted Maruti Suzuki Baleno. The motor kicks out around 82 hp and 112.4 Nm compared with 89 hp and 113 Nm from the outgoing Glanza’s four-cylinder engine. The latest model also features automatic idle start-stop technology. Toyota has further confirmed AMT availability for petrol and CNG versions giving the latter an automatic transmission option for the first time.

The introduction of Level 2 ADAS is among the biggest equipment upgrades on the Glanza facelift.
