The new Honda Elevate starts at Rs. 11.80 lakh for the SV and rises to Rs. 18.30 lakh at the top of the ZX+ range (all prices, ex-showroom). The updated range consists of SV, V, VX, ZX and the new ZX+ and the equipment list changes substantially as customers move through the range. The flagship trim adds a 360-degree camera, powered front seats, ventilated rear seats and front parking sensors amongst others.
The midsize SUV has gained cosmetic updates and interior enhancements as part of its first mid-cycle revision since launch. However, it continues to use Honda’s familiar 1.5L naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine which kicks out 121 hp and 145 Nm. The transmission choices are a six-speed manual and CVT automatic based on variant, and the CVT adds paddle shifters from V onwards.
The SUV also offers 220 mm of ground clearance and 458 litres of boot capacity. The VX is where the equipment list takes a sizeable step upward. The variant adds 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, a single-pane sunroof, LaneWatch camera, wireless phone charging and six-speaker audio. The cabin comes with orange ambient lighting, soft-touch padding on the doors and armrest, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, an AQI display plus auto-clean function and touch-sensitive LED spot lamps.

|---|---|---|---|

| Elevate V | Rs. 12.29 lakh | Rs. 13.79 lakh | Rs. 12.29 lakh to Rs. 13.79 lakh |
| Elevate VX | Rs. 13.93 lakh | Rs. 15.39 lakh | Rs. 13.93 lakh to Rs. 15.39 lakh |
| Elevate ZX | Rs. 15.39 lakh | Rs. 16.89 lakh | Rs. 15.39 lakh to Rs. 16.89 lakh |
| Elevate ZX+ | Rs. 16.80 lakh | Rs. 18.30 lakh | Rs. 16.80 lakh to Rs. 18.30 lakh |
The ZX appeals to consumers who want the full Honda Sensing package and more premium cabin equipment. The variant adds adaptive cruise control, collision-mitigation braking, lane-keep assist, road-departure mitigation, lead-car departure alert and auto high beam. The features list also gains an updated 10.25-inch touchscreen, eight-speaker audio, leatherette upholstery, ventilated front seats and an auto-dimming IRVM. The CVT version adds low-speed follow.
The ZX+ moves above ZX with better features and rear-seat equipment. The driver receives eight-way electric adjustment and the front passenger gets four-way powered adjustment. The rear seats add ventilation and parking assistance improves through a 360-degree camera plus front parking sensors. Dual-tone exterior colour choices also become available at this level.
The SV already boasts the essential safety and convenience kit through six airbags, stability control, traction control, hill-start assist, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, LED lighting and a 7-inch MID. The V makes a bigger case for itself through an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Honda Connect, three USB ports and a multi-angle reversing camera. The CVT version also gets an electronic parking brake, auto hold and disc brakes at all four wheels.
The VX is the variant we would pick from the facelifted Elevate range. The Rs. 13.93 lakh to Rs. 15.39 lakh price band enables the presence of sunroof, alloy wheels, better cabin trim, wireless charging, LaneWatch and six-speaker audio without forcing the jump to ZX pricing. The ZX is the better choice for Honda Sensing and ventilated front seats and ZX+ suits customers who specifically want the 360-degree camera, powered front seats and rear ventilation. The ZX and ZX+ are highly competitive considering their pricing and features too.
