The existing trend of customers’ preference towards SUVs and crossovers in the domestic market has lit the way for the arrival of some of the highly capable products in recent years across different segments. The Vitara Brezza, introduced in early 2016, left its competition in wake and overtook the benchmark Ford EcoSport in the subcompact SUV segment in no time.
Right after that, it started outselling Hyundai Creta and became the bestselling SUV in the country and continued to stay on top in the third month of the year. With a strong momentum, the Vitara Brezza managed to retail 13,147 units. It is 3,136 units more than what second-placed Creta had endured.
