Mahindra GenZe electric scooter has been spied in India undisguised for the first time. The scooter was spotted by Performance Factory in Pune. The GenZe is available only in the US market in three variants and the model spotted in India could be top-end GenZe 2.0f. Electric scooter is not a new thing in India and we already have lots of players in the market. But Mahindra GenZe is very different from others models sold locally.
The GenZe is built on aluminium monocoque chassis unlike the conventional frame with parts bolted on to it. The scooter also get a bigger front tyre for better stability and Mahindra has given disc brakes at the front and rear for better braking. The handle bars are placed little higher than usual and seats are wider. Mahindra designed GenZe as a multi-purpose scooter as it doesn’t come with pillion seat but instead the company offers soft fabric box or hard box options.
