At the ongoing 2018 New York International Auto Show, Genesis has revealed a brand new futuristic concept called the Essentia. It is a clever two-door electric Grand Tourer featuring lightweight carbon fibre chassis and body panels. Going by the latest line of Genesis conceptual studies, the Essentia Concept is indeed unique from others and previews several design elements that could be made available in the Hyundai’s luxury division’s future vehicles.
The exterior is not something you would often find on mainstream concepts and at the end of the day it does look to have production aspiration. It adorns an evolved crest grille with more diamond detailing than what can be found in the standard G70 and G80 luxury models. Genesis has used the quad lights debuted in the GV80 concept and grafted it to perfection in the Essentia Concept.
