A customized Harley Davidson Softail Slim S is world’s most expensive bike in the world. The custom bike is priced at Rs. 12 Crore, yes that’s right it is that much expensive. One of the reasons for the huge price is because of the materials used in this bike as the custom Harley Davidson get diamond, gold and other material.

The custom bike is named as Harley Davidson Blue Edition as the project was commissioned by high-end Swiss watch and jewellery purveyor, Bucherer. The company introduced the custom bike to promote the ultra expensive blue edition watch series from the company. The base bike is a Harley Davidson Softtail Slim S and the company has made lots of changes to the design and aesthetics to look the bike completely different from the standard model.

The fuel tank is a custom one which goes well with the overall design theme of the blue edition. The seat is positioned low on the body while the handle bar gets a unique design.

The rear swing arm is completely new with a short fender at the rear. The tyres are wider than the stock model and the company has given disc brakes at front and rear. The engine is also expected to get some changes and the exhaust is a custom one with a heat resistant material wrapped around it. The bike is finished in blue colour for the body and mechanical parts.

Some of the mechanical parts like front forks and headlamps are also made from gold which make this Blue Edition really expensive compared to other custom bike.

The blue edition was made by Bundnerbike specialists along with eight members of Carl F. Bucherer, the jewellers of Bucherer Fine Jewellery and it took them 2,500 labour hours. The custom bike was finished over a year. We are not expecting this bike to be ridden on road and it will stay as a collectors item with the company or they might auction it later.
