Volkswagen Vento spied ahead of festive season launch; the LED headlamps come incorporated in the Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus
German auto manufacturer Volkswagen is ready to launch the new Vento Highline Plus with LED headlamps, black alloy wheels in India during the upcoming festive season. Once launched, this will be the top end variant of the upmarket sedan. The VW Vento received a major facelift in 2015, and now the Vento Highline Plus comes with features which make this a more upmarket and sportier car.
The headlamp clusters come identical with the usual Vento, but they sport dual LED powered headlamps inside. Also integrated to the headlamp clusters are the LED daytime running lights. Apart from that the front fascia bears the chrome finished front grille with horizontal slats, aggressive looking front bumper with wide air intake with black insert. The fog lamps come sleek and engulfed by black accents.

At the side profile, the Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus gets glossy black finished alloy wheels, which look aggressive and sporty. Apart from that, the car features sharp contours and the crisp character lines running through the side profile. The glass area is blackened out and the door handles come finished in body colour.
The rear fascia also gets wrap around large taillights, a sleek chrome trim running between the taillights, and there is a sleek chrome trim at the rear bumper as well. Inside the car, the Highline Plus variant shares the features with the present top end variant Highline. It gets features like phonebook and SMS viewer, auto dimming IRVM, Mirrorlink connectivity enabled touchscreen infotainment system etc.
The powertrain of the Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus comes unchanged. Presently the VW Vento comes available in two different petrol and single diesel engine options. Expect the Highline Plus to be available with all these options, which include a 1.6 liter MPI petrol unit, a 1.2 liter TSI petrol unit and a 1.5 liter TDI diesel unit. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox and a DSG automatic one as well.
