UM Motorcycles opens showroom in Jaipur; the dealership known as Riders Zone is located at Govinda Marg, Rajapark
American two wheeler manufacturer UM Motorcycles opens showroom in Pink City Jaipur. The showroom is called Riders Zone and it is located at B-7Sethi Colony on Govinda Marg at Rajapark. The showroom in tie up with Lohia Auto marks the two wheeler manufacturer’s entry in Rajasthan.
The UM Motorcycles has the Renegade Commando and the Renegade Sport S in its India line up. The renegade Commando is a low slung cruiser, while the renegade Sports S comes as a sportier model. The Renegade Commando takes power from a 280 cc engine mated to a six speed transmission and it churns out 25 bhp of peak power at 8,500 rpm and 21.8 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm. The motorcycle is priced at 1.61 lakhs (ex showroom).

The other model on the other side is the sportier renegade Sports S, which also takes power from the same 280 cc engine. It comes designed to deliver a sportier feel. The motorcycle is priced at Rs. 1.51 lakhs (ex showroom). The Renegade Commando gets a hydraulic telescopic front suspension and spring rear suspension, while the renegade Sports S gets telescopic front suspension and dual shock absorber at rear.
The UM Motorcycles is planning to introduce models in near future in its India lineup. The all new Jaipur showroom comes spread over an area of approximately 2100 square feet and it also comes with an after sales service facility which is equipped with state of the art equipments and highly trained service personnel. The company claims, the showroom will offer the customers a best in class pre and post sales ownership experience.

Talking about the new launch Mr. Rajeev Mishra, the Director of UML has said, Rajasthan possess a very strong market in the North-Western region for cruiser bikes and the opening of this showroom is a testimony to this fact. He is hopeful to cater to the customers in a best fitting manner with the new showroom.
