Swift Sport is powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged Boosterjet engine that is good enough to output a maximum power of 140 PS and a peak torque of 230 Nm
The Swift Sport has been a common sight at most Asian auto shows. The performance version of the top-selling small hatchback is even present at this year’s Bangkok International Motor Show. The Suzuki Swift Sport model that has been displayed at the recently kicked off auto show is a modified version that looks hotter than the standard car.
The custom Swift Sport that has been showcased at the 2019 Bangkok Motor Show has been done up in a bespoke shade of yellow, which isn’t as bright as the standard yellow paint and gives the car a slightly more premium look.
The special paint scheme is further enhanced by several tastefully used graphics. The front of the custom Suzuki Swift Sport gets smoked headlamps with eyelashes, a carbon-fibre bumper diffuser, a custom hood with air scoops and centrally-placed racing stripes.
At first glance, you could see that the changes to the side profile of the Swift Sport are restricted to body decals but a closer look reveals revised front fenders with air scoops. The custom units lend a very sporty touch to the profile of the vehicle.
The rear-end remains largely the same, with the same sporty bumper with twin exhaust setup that you can find on the stock vehicle. However, this custom Swift Sport gets new tail lamps that have a smoke-effect look. The interior of the vehicle remains unchanged as it gets an all-black theme with red trim and black leather seat upholstery with red stitching.
Like the stock Swift Sport, this modified version is powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged Boosterjet engine that produces a maximum power output of 140 PS and a peak torque of 230 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the front wheels.
