Spy pictures of a brand new TVS 125 scooter was making headlines for a couple of months and now the brand has finally broken silence and launched it here as NTorq 125. It comes in line with the Entorq 125 concept that was displayed at 2016 Delhi Auto Expo.
The brand will indeed be showcasing it at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo and it looks sporty and feature packed. Targetting youngsters between the age of 18 and 24, the NTorq is for the always online community of social media geeks according to the brand.
The TVS NTorq 125 comes competing against rivals like Honda Activa 125 and Aprilia SR 125. Thanks to its style and features, the model appears pretty premium indeed.

TVS NTorq 125 gets energy from a 124.79 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke, SOHC, three-valve engine that is paired with a CVT. This engine is well capable of churning out 9.4 PS of peak power at 7,500 rpm. Torque output too is pretty good at 10.5 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

TVS NTorq 125 takes design inspiration from the Entorq 125 concept model displayed at 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. It gets a sporty and eye-catching stance that is visible from every angle. The scooter gets a bulging front cowl with the large headlamp sitting at the centre underlined by LED strip.
A fully digital instrument cluster enhances its premium style further, while the handle bars and rider seat along with footboard have been designed to ensure a comfortable riding position. The seat comes with well cushioned appearance and it gets good amount of storage facility underneath.
There are plenty of connectivity and technological features the NTorq 125 excel on apart from being well priced against competition as TVS has finally realised the importance of 125 cc segment. It comes equipped with TVS SmartXonnect bluetooth-enabled technology that can be paired to an exclusive app called NTorq.
It can be downloaded from Google Play Store and enables a host of segment-first features to the fully-digital instrument cluster. TVS says it boasts as much as 55 features including in-built lap timer and top speed recorder boasting its performance credentials as well as navigation assist, battery strength display, service reminder and last parked location assist among others. It also has multiple riding modes such as Street and Sport. TVS claims the NTorq has an unique exhaust note.
The TVS NTorq 125 competes against rivals like Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Access 125 and Honda Grazia 125 among others.
