TVS iQube Records 20,000 Unit Sales In May, Prices Revised

The brand will offer a loyalty benefit programme for the customers of iQube who have booked the vehicle till May 20, 2023, for a limited period

TVS Motor Company has today released a statement confirming that it continues to demonstrate commitment towards sustainable future mobility solutions. It is in line with Indian Government’s vision to promote e-mobility and the Hosur-based brand’s endeavour to support the initiative to enable faster adoption and development of the overall EV ecosystem.

Backed by this electrification journey, TVS iQube recorded a sales milestone of 1,00,000 units for its range of scooters in the last financial year, which is a testament of its strong community of happy customers. In May 2023, TVS iQube crossed 20,000 units of retails and continues to have a healthy booking pipeline of over 30,000 units.”

In the last fiscal, TVS’ iQube electric scooter reached a milestone of over one lakh units. In just the month of May 2023, the iQube went past the 20,000 unit sales mark and it has a healthy reservation pipeline of more than 30,000 units as it has been well received by customers. Over the next few quarters, Fame II will gradually reduce.

TVS has further confirmed that it will continue to offer different product options. The brand will offer a loyalty benefit programme for the customers of iQube who have booked the vehicle till May 20, 2023, for a limited period “to ease the cost burden post the revision in FAME II subsidy.” In addition, new consumers can also avail new prices without having to bear the full burden of FAME II revision on booking the vehicle starting today.

The prices of the TVS iQube have been increased between Rs. 17,000 and Rs. 22,000 depending on the variant from June 1, 2023. Currently, the zero-emission scooter is available in 140 cities across the country. TVS is expected to launch a brand new motorcycle based on the same platform as the flagship Apache RR310 next.
