This Toyota Land Cruiser 6×6 will lock horn with Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6×6: Video

The Land Cruiser 6x6 is a joint product by NSV and Multidrive Technology

Toyota Land Cruiser is known as a tough vehicle, but as it seems Dubai based NSV and Australian company Multidrive technology took one step further to make the Toyota Land Cruiser virtually indestructible, as described by the makers. Remember, this is not an official vehicle from the Toyota.

The particular Toyota Land Cruiser 6×6 stands with a length of 6330 mm, 1930 mm width and a gross weight of 5750 Kg. The Land Cruiser 6×6 here gets a payload capacity of 3000 Kg and it can afford a seating capacity of four to five adult occupants. It gets coil springs at the front and leaf springs at the rear. These heavy duty suspension set ups make the car capable to support all the heavy weight and make it capable to perform with agility in rough terrains as well.

Power source for the modified Toyota Land Cruiser 6×6 is a 4.0 litre supercharged V6 engine paired with a five speed manual transmission which churns out 398 hp of peak power at 5500 rpm and 494 Nm of peak torque at 4400 rpm. Alongside this engine there will be a larger 4.5 litre V8 diesel engine on offer also, which will be mated to an automatic transmission.

The comparison for this mammoth off roader can be the Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6×6. The German giant looking car comes with a more complicated powertrain and drivetrain compare to the Toyota Land Cruiser 6×6’s simpler mechanism. The Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6×6 gets a 5.5 litre twin turbo V8 engine under the hood, which is paired with a seven speed automatic transmission and churns out 536 hp of peak power and 760 Nm of peak torque.

The modified Toyota Land Cruiser 6×6 is available in both single cab and quad cab mode, and it also comes available with optional items like a custom made payload box and chassis only option.
