5. Maruti Suzuki Swift – 11,859 units
As like the Elite I20, Maruti Swift too got the heat from Baleno. Also, Maruti cuts the production of Swift to meet Baleno’s demand.
In November 2015, Maruti retailed 11,859 units of Swift compared to 17,900 units in the same month last year, which resulted in 34% fall in sales by 6,041 units. Maruti Suzuki has retailed 17,669 units of Swift hatchbacks in October 2015.
4. Hyundai Grand I10 – 12,899 units
Leading Hyundai on the November sales table is Grand i10, an attractive hatchback with no-nonsense attitude. Hyundai India has retailed 12,899 units compared to 8,396 units in the same month last year and posted the great growth of 54% with 4,503 units.
3. Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R – 13,986 units
At 13,986 units sold in November, Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R posts 3% growth over November 2014 sales as company retailed 13,454 last year. Last Month, Maruti launched the AMT version of Wagon-R and of Wagon-R Stingray that help to maintain the sales of the India’s one of the most popular tall boy hatchbacks.
2. Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire – 18,826 units
Maruti Suzuki retailed 18,826 units of Swift Dzire and marked 57% growth in the sales chart. In the same month last year, the company dispatched 12,020 units of Dzire. So, this November, Maruti Dzire grew up by 6,806 units which is the biggest growth of all cars in the top 10 selling car list.
1. Maruti Suzuki Alto – 21,995 units
Alto is again the country’s highest selling car from the No.1 Indian car maker. It is the unassailable leader of the November sales chart, but posted 9% downfall in sales last month. 21,995 units of Maruti Suzuki Alto has been sold in November 2015 compared to 24,201 units in the same month last year which shows a drop of 2,206 units.
