SS Designs from Delhi revealed a customized version of new Swift which looks sporty than the regular model. The custom shop did not make any mechanical changes
Maruti Suzuki Swift is one of the most popular models in the country. The company has already sold more than 1 lakh units in India and previous generation model was so popular among customers. We have already seen some modifications on new generation Swift and SS Designs from Delhi revealed a customized version of new Swift which looks sporty than the regular model.
The changes on new Swift start with white finish around grille, bumper, fog lamps, window line, side and rear. The custom shop replaced the stock alloy wheels with new one which does make the Swift look more aggressive. The Swift also gets SS badging on side and rear along with red callipers at front and rear. The custom shop has also given LEDs on top of fog lamp.

The interior of Swift is finished in red and black colour as the custom shop replaced stock seat cover with red and black finished leather cover along with red colour on the dashboard and door pad. The customized Swift also get arm-rest at rear which also has cup holders to further improve comfort of passengers.
Maruti Suzuki Swift is powered by 1.2 L K-Series engine producing 82 bhp of power at 6,000 rpm and 113 Nm of torque at 4,200 rpm. The 1.3 L diesel engine produces 74 bhp of power at 4,000 rpm and 190 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. These engines are mated to 5 speed manual gearbox and AMT gearbox available only on top end variants.

The Swift diesel model returns 28.4 kmpl and 22 kmpl for petrol. The new generation model is based on Heartect platform which debuted on Baleno and it is considerably lighter than previous model. Maruti Suzuki tuned the suspension of Swift for sporty driving and price starts at Rs. 4.99 lakh and top end diesel is priced at Rs. 8.29 Lakh (Ex-Showroom).
